History

Government associate college for women peerjagi was inaugurated in 2013. Mr. saqlain shah bukhari (the MNA) allocated his private land of 32 canals for the construction of this college. He also played a pivotal role in the construction of college in this backward area. This area consist of peerjagi sharif and small village in district Layyah. Dr muzammil Hussain the project director of college was given the initial charge of the college from 25-04-2014 . At that time he was serving as principal of government degree college for boys Kot sultan. Then the charge was transform to Mrs. Bushra Naz. Mrs. Bushra Naz has been performing the duty of additional charge of government associate college for women peerjagi since 08- 11-2014.

college has  provided the best results since inception and won prizes in different co-curricular activities at district level. Full attention is given to curricular and co- curricular activities in the college.
